Turn difficult engineering work into useful tools.

This is my personal engineering lab: a record of projects I have built, tools you can use, and the choices and validation behind each solution.

Featured tool

Available

PCB Test Point Comparison Tool

Compares RefDes coordinates in old and new OrCAD HTML reports to find moved, added, and removed test points, with Target List filtering and a DXF board-outline overlay.

Best for:Hardware and test engineers who need to verify PCB test points across revisions.

All user files are parsed in the browser and are not uploaded to a server.

PCB Test Point Comparison Tool

Compares test-point coordinates in old and new OrCAD reports during a hardware revision and labels them Unchanged, Moved, Added, or Removed. Supports a DXF board-outline overlay, allowlist filtering, and mil↔mm coordinate alignment. All processing stays in the browser so CAD data is not uploaded.

Role
Design and implementation
Last updated

Outcome:Combined old-versus-new test-point differences, target-list filtering, and a board-outline overlay in one browser tool.
